I worked retail in a clothing store over the holidays many many moons ago. I swore I would never do it again.
And I haven't.
although I am now in the hospitality industry and I'll tell ya restaurants get pretty damn busy over the season too.
*grumbles*
I like the holidays myself, but its so fucking nice to get back to normal when they are over and done.
Everytime I think I may be in danger of finding a bit of joy in the holiday season some asshole goes and ruins it for me with their tedious ass complaints.
"What do you mean you're out of_____?!!! Now my bratty childs Christmas is just Ruined!!!"
Oh yeah, working in a resturant would be the worst, if if you didnt have your tips to look forward to.
